Ramen Post Scheduler Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Ramen Labs LLC for use of Ramen Post Scheduler, a private fork of Postiz operated for Ramen Software Labs employee publishing workflows.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Ramen Post Scheduler is a private forked instance of Postiz with custom features built for Ramen Software Labs employees. It helps authorized users prepare, review, schedule, and publish approved content to connected TikTok accounts and other supported channels.

The service is not a public social network, advertising exchange, or consumer publishing platform. Access is by invitation only for employees, contractors, and approved collaborators who have a legitimate Ramen Software Labs publishing purpose.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by Ramen Software Labs to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You may not share your account, bypass access controls, use another person's TikTok account without authorization, or continue using the service after your access has been revoked.

To publish to TikTok, you must authorize the service through TikTok OAuth and grant the requested permissions. You may revoke authorization through TikTok or through the service when available.

You are responsible for complying with TikTok's Terms, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation, Branded Content Policy, advertising rules, and all applicable laws. Ramen Post Scheduler is not affiliated with TikTok and does not control TikTok's review, availability, publishing limits, or moderation decisions.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, clearances, and approvals needed for content you upload, schedule, or publish through the service, including rights in videos, images, music, likenesses, captions, trademarks, and confidential information.

You may not use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, harassing, hateful, adult, deceptive, spammy, or unauthorized content. You may not remove creator attribution or copyright mechanisms without permission.

You are responsible for reviewing post previews, captions, visibility settings, interaction settings, commercial content disclosure settings, and publication timing before submitting content for posting.

If a post promotes Ramen Software Labs, your own business, another brand, a product, or a service, you must use the available commercial content disclosure controls and any required TikTok disclosure tools.

You are responsible for ensuring commercial content is truthful, properly labeled, and compliant with endorsement, advertising, employment, confidentiality, and platform rules.

The service may contain non-public company plans, drafts, media, launch schedules, credentials, and performance information. You may not disclose or export that information except as authorized by Ramen Software Labs.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. TikTok and other third-party services may change APIs, quotas, scopes, review requirements, or publishing behavior, which may affect the service.

Ramen Post Scheduler is based on a private fork of Postiz. Postiz and other open source components may be subject to their own licenses. These Terms govern your use of the Ramen-operated service and do not replace applicable open source licenses.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including if you violate these Terms, leave Ramen Software Labs, misuse connected accounts, create security risk, or use the service outside its authorized purpose.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramen Labs LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free publishing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramen Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, account restrictions, content removal, platform moderation, or publication delays arising from use of the service.

You agree to defend and indemnify Ramen Labs LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of connected TikTok accounts, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
